On September 5, Teacher’s Day, the announcement of the “AMP National Award for Excellence in Education” will take place in Bhopal

New Delhi, 04 September: The Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP), an organization that has been selflessly working in the fields of education and employment across the country for the past 17 years and is continuously striving towards nation-building, will host its eighth “National Award for Excellence in Education” this year at Ravindra Bhavan in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. This award will be presented to teachers and educational institutions who have made significant contributions to the field of education.

During a press conference held today at Fulfora in Kohefiza, Bhopal, Senior leaders of AMP—Farooq Siddiqui (Head, National Coordination), Kaleem Akhtar (Zonal Head, AMP NGO Connect), and Rafat Faruqui (State Head, AMP)—announced that 150 teachers from across the country will be honored on this year’s Teacher’s Day. These teachers have been selected through a screening and jury selection process based on nominations received from all over the country. The awardees include teachers from primary schools, secondary and higher secondary schools, colleges, and universities. Nominations were received from nearly every corner of the country, from which the winners were chosen. Additionally, 50 favorite teachers will also be awarded based on voting by students and parents.

Farooq Siddiqui mentioned that in addition to teachers, some educational institutions will also be honored in the Institutions category. He expressed special thanks to the AMP Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh team, and the partner organization “Late Iqbal Qureshi Memorial Study Circle,” and its acting president Sajid Qureshi, for successfully fulfilling the responsibilities of organizing this grand event and completing all preparations skillfully.

Many distinguished guests, including former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh and current Rajya Sabha member Mr. Digvijay Singh, will participate in this grand ceremony. Teachers from across the country will also attend this event in Bhopal.
