नई दिल्ली 13 अप्रैल, (एच डी न्यूज़): : लोक सभा चुनाव के लिए बिहार के बांका सीट से नॉमिनेशन रद्द किए जाने के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की गई है ।
जिसकी सुनवाई 15 अप्रैल सुनवाई होगी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट में बिहार के बांका लोकसभा चुनाव में निर्दली उम्मीदवार के तौर पर नॉमिनेशन भरने वाले जवाहर कुमार झा नाम के व्यक्ति ने याचिका दायर की है ।
याचिका में कहा गया है कि सब सेक्शन 4 कहता है की आरओ ( रिटर्निंग आफिसर) नॉमिनेशन पेपर को संतोषजनक नेचर के डिफेक्ट के बिना रद्द नहीं कर सकता है।
