More than 100 delegates from across the country attend AMP’s National Executive Meet 2025 at Mumbai!

Mumbai, 9th Feb : The *Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP), a non-profit working globally for the upliftment of Indians, successfully held its National Executive Meet (NEM) 2025 at Anjuman-i-Islam Campus, Mumbai CST. The event witnessed the participation of over 100 Leaders & Invitees from across the country.

The primary objective of this meeting was to review AMP’s achievements in 2024 and strategize activities and projects for 2025. The gathering included AMP’s National Leadership Team, State Heads, Chapter Heads, and select invitees.

The session commenced with the Tilawat-e-Qur’an, followed by an introduction of the participants who had traveled from 20 states and 50 cities.

Key Addresses & Insights

Aamir Edresy, President-AMP, set the tone for the two-day deliberations. He emphasized :”Today, AMP has reached a position where the Community trusts it immensely and looks up to it for Education & Empowerment. We must expand our reach and membership so that more professionals and volunteers can contribute their time toward social development.”*

He further reminded everyone about the responsibility of utilizing their time and resources effectively, stating:
“On the Day of Judgment, we will be questioned about how we used the blessings and resources granted by Allah (SWT).”

Farooq Siddiqui, Head – AMP National Coordination Team, who hosted the event, welcomed all participants and lauded the AMP Mumbai Chapter & Office Team for organizing the event on short notice. He urged all delegates to take AMP’s social development and nation-building initiatives to every town and tallukas across the country.

Razak Shaikh, Head – AMP Projects, while highlighting AMP’s 2024 achievements and plans for 2025, noted:
“We AMPians receive immense appreciation from our Community, but internally, we know the extent to which we have realized our true potential. We must ask ourselves—have we done enough to uplift our less fortunate brothers and sisters?”

A special presentation was delivered by Kausar Tai, a UK-based *Positive Coach and Management & Training Consultant. He spoke about the importance of sincerity in one’s efforts and emphasized working for the sake of Almighty Allah, following the model set by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

*Key Resolutions & Future Plans*

Discussions on improving the reach and impact of AMP’s initiatives continued into the second day. Some *major resolutions* made during the event included:

– Mission 200 Chapters – Strengthening AMP’s network to create a greater local impact.
– AMP Employment Cell – Facilitating 10,000+ job placements through Job Fairs & Drives.
– AMP National Talent Search – Registering 1 Lakh+ students and organizing 1,000+ exam centers nationwide.

Recognizing Excellence & Pledging Commitment

State and Chapter teams leaders, along with volunteers were honored with Annual Awards* for their outstanding contributions in 2024.

The meeting concluded on a highly positive note, with all participants and award winners pledging to further AMP’s meaningful work in the Community and Society, thereby contributing to the nation’s progress.
